Fiber will make you feel full so you won’t be grabbing candy, cookies, and fruitcake like they’re going out of style. Also, the fiber found in foods like bran, and whole-wheat products, act like bouncers in a nightclub. They grab on to the fats you eat and help kick them out of the body. That means fewer calories are left behind to be stored as fat. So, fill up on legumes, fruits, and veggies!
